IV SOL DE TRAMUNTANA COMPETITION - CLASSICAL DRESSAGE

For three days the Son Pardo racecourse has experienced the fourth edition of the 'Sol de Tramuntana' monographic purebred Spanish horse championship, a contest that after two years stopped due to the pandemic, this year has brought together a total of 115 horses between the section of the morphological contest and dressage. Almost fifty stud farms and stud farms from the Balearic Islands, Barcelona, ​​Murcia and Valencia have participated. During the contest, a special posthumous tribute was paid to D. Pedro Sureda, one of the breeders with the largest number of purebred Spanish horses in the Balearic Islands and with worldwide recognition. This national category contest with points and qualifier for the PRE world championship, organized by the Mallorquin Association of Purebred Spanish Horse Breeders, and with the collaboration of the Institut Hípic de Mallorca, aims to make these horses known in Mallorca and promote its marketing.
